RECRUITING
Recruiting is the life's blood of every organization yet, when it
comes to the sales force, some companies experience turnover of more
than 100% annually. Others, with far less turnover, count the
cost of each hiring mistake in the millions of dollars. Most,
with normal turnover and less costly mistakes, have fewer than 20%
of their salespeople exceeding quotas.

selection, ramp up and retention of salespeople. And
